So, we just got this got this new cookbook in the store (Eat with Your Hands by Zakary Pelaccio) and we pretty much can’t stop looking at it. It’s kinda like an activities book for adventurous cooks. It’s a shoe in for the James Beard Award.



With every single recipe, Pelaccio gives you a musical suggestion and a drink suggestion, and some times a drug suggestion. Some times he wants you to drink it with the meal, some times when you’re making it.
